I am a dedicated health professional and passionate snowboarder who devotes over 100 days each year to the slopes. My journey into health and fitness began when I faced several injuries that temporarily separated me from snowboarding.

During my recovery process, striving to overcome my own injuries and rebuild my confidence to continue progressing, I realized that this is a common hindrance for snowboarders.

I founded Snow Functional with the goal of providing an evidence-based approach to training for snowboarders who strive to progress & build resiliency on the mountain. Snowboard specific strength and range of motion allows you to rebound from the inevitable tweaks and pains that come about. THIS is the key to longevity in snowboarding.
